Many Indians Are Unemployed After The Ban On TikTok

The Indian government has completely banned the Chinese app Tik Tok , accusing it of having a socially negative impact and of secretly collecting information. Users were affected due to restrictions. However, the employees working in it have been affected the hardest. In India alone, there were more than 2,000 Tik Tok workers. Employees have lost their jobs after the app was shut down.

Tik Tok  has been banned due to border dispute with China. Although temporary bans have been imposed in the past, government officials say they have been completely banned in recent days.

In India alone, the number of Tik Tok  users was around 200 million. The number of users was doubling during the day and quadrupling at night.

However, even though the Tik Tok were closed as per the policy of the Indian government, the employees were in trouble.

The short video app TikTok has been shut down in India, according to Global Head Benessa Papas and Global Business Solutions Vice President Blake Chedley.

A spokesman for Tik Tok  said it was "extremely frustrating". He said that despite our efforts in the last seven months, no clear direction has come from the government.

Again, there is no notice on what to do to run the app. Even for such a long time, more than 2,000 employees worked for us. But now we have no choice but to say goodbye to them.

According to the email, there is no thought about when TikTok will return to India. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.

According to Bydas sources, the employees of the company have been provided three months salary and facilities. Similarly, additional hard earned money will also be provided on the basis of the number of years worked.

The company has earned a profit of Rs 3,900 crore worldwide. The legal battle over whether or not to shut down the app continues in the United States.

According to App Analytics, Tik Tok have been downloaded 850 million times by 2020 alone. Tik Toks  are at the forefront of downloads that year. Apart from that, WhatsApp has been downloaded 600 million times and Facebook 540 million times.

The Indian government had banned Tik Toks and other Chinese apps since June 29 after clashes between Chinese and Indian forces in the Galwan Valley.
