You can participate in the training at the specified time through the said link. The online training facilitated by Sikeval Nepal Pvt. Ltd. lasts for about an hour. The training teaches you how to use the Pathao app, how to register and upload documents.
The training also explains how to deal with customers and insurance policies. In addition, the training provides tips on how to solve problems that may arise during the ride and the rules of the company. The company has stated that the training, which is being conducted twice a day, can be taken in the morning and afternoon.
After the training, the rider has to upload his citizenship, blue book, driver's license and other necessary documents in the Pathao app. According to the company, riders will also be able to use bikes owned and financed in the name of family members.
