Private and Partnership Firms Will Be Registered From the District Industry Office From Falgun 1





The registration and regulation of private and partnership firms other than the export and import trade within the Bagmati region will be carried out by the Home and Small Industries Office in the district.

The Department of Commerce, Supplies and Consumer Protection will operate from the district home and small industry offices under the Ministry of Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment in Bagmati from Falgun 17.

Stating that the work responsibilities related to commercial administration have been approved by the ministerial decision of the 'Transfer of Work and Responsibility Concept Paper and Action Plan, 2077 BS' at the federal, state and local levels, an action plan has been made to hand over various action plans.




According to the department, the registration and regulation of private and partnership firms other than export-import trade will be gradually transferred to other provinces after the formulation of provincial laws.

Similarly, the department says that the work related to the renewal, amendment and cancellation of the firms already registered in the department will be carried out by this department until it is handed over to the concerned state. In addition, the department has mentioned that such business firms registered with the department will be gradually handed over.

Similarly, the department has stated that the original files of foreign trade firms (related to export and import) registered in the Home and Small Industries Offices under Bagmati Pradesh will be handed over to the department within 2078 BS and regulated by the department.
