E-commerce online shopping Mukundo.com has come into operation since Monday. Mukundo.com is the first venture of MBSYS Group, a company started by Nepalese youths involved in various professions and businesses in the United States and Nepal.
Yadunandan Bhattarai, Business and Marketing Director of the company, said that e-commerce has been added to the Nepali market to provide quality goods and high quality customer service to the customers.
He claimed that only official and quality goods are available on Mukundo.com. He said that he is confident that the customers who buy the goods will be completely satisfied with the service. Customers in Kathmandu Valley who purchase goods online do not have to pay delivery charge. He also informed that there are plans to expand the service all over Nepal in the near future.
Similarly, when purchasing goods from Mukundo, all banks in Nepal and foreign banks can also pay using Master and Visa cards. In addition, e-services can be paid through IME Pay, Khalti, Phone Pay, Prabhu Pay, Cell Pay, Connect IPS.
The company aims to deliver goods across the country within a year. The company has stated that some amount will be spent on the education of poor and helpless children when customers buy goods on Mukundo.com.
