There will be an agreement between Midwestern University and China Three Gorges.
Midwestern University of Surkhet and China Three Gorges University have signed an agreement on educational cooperation. Vice-Chancellor from the Midwest Pro. Dr. Nanda Bahadur Singh and President of Three Gorges Pvt Weijun signed the agreement on Friday.
The main objective of the agreement is to enhance international relations and establish mutual understanding and educational cooperation between the two universities, said Panchadev Bhatta, an associate professor and information technology expert in the Midwestern region.
After the agreement, professors, researchers, administrative staff and students will exchange learning between the universities. The agreement stipulates that the two universities can jointly carry out research-related projects together.
Various lectures and seminars will be organized and various educational information and materials will be exchanged.
The agreement will be automatically renewed after the completion of the first phase of five years. China Three Gorges University is renowned for its hydro-electric engineering and electrical engineering subjects, while it is one of the leading educational institutions in China offering courses in health, communication and computer technology, sports, economics, and management.
