The number of users of "Nagarik App", a government service app launched by the Government of Nepal last week, is increasing day by day. The Government of Nepal has taken the far-reaching objective of providing all government services through the app as much as possible. There are usually some errors in the Nagarik app that need to be corrected, information is coming from users.
Accordingly, the Government of Nepal is also constantly investigating to remove the problems that have emerged. But in the meantime, more than 4 million Nepali citizens living abroad have been excluded from using the app due to some complaints.
According to the Government of Nepal, arrangements have been made to operate the "Nagarik App" only from the phone numbers used in Nepal. The "Nagarik App" provides access to the mobile service provider's system to guarantee that no mobile number is in any name.
At the same time, the number is also guaranteed with the person. However, as it is impossible to verify the contact numbers of Nepali citizens using mobile numbers in other countries, this service can now be used only by Nepali citizens living within Nepal.
